Service-based work

Most adgrowths offerings are service-based and involve time, planning, analysis, setup, campaign management, technical configuration, or custom deliverables.

Fees for completed work, time already spent, approved strategy, delivered files, audits, setup activity, or active campaign management are generally non-refundable unless a written agreement says otherwise.

Cancellations

Cancellation terms depend on the accepted proposal, invoice, retainer, or service agreement. If a project is cancelled before work begins, we will review whether a partial or full refund is appropriate based on commitments already made.

Scheduled printer setup or support appointments may require advance cancellation notice to avoid charges for reserved time or travel-related arrangements.

Refund review process

To request a refund review, contact us with your name, invoice or project reference, payment date, service purchased, and the reason for the request.

Approved refunds will be processed using a reasonable method and timeline based on the original payment channel, banking rules, and any applicable processing requirements.

Third-party costs

Advertising spend, platform fees, software subscriptions, domain or hosting charges, travel costs, hardware purchases, and other third-party expenses are usually controlled by outside providers and may not be refundable by adgrowths.
